Availability:
Dramatic Christian Ministries is available for ministry anywhere in the world. Please submit an event by clicking on the button on the left or just email us and we will work out with you the details of your event. DCM presentations are flexible to your individual needs. Use our Publicity Pages for downloading promotional materials and ministry information and our Schedule page for scheduling your event. Our Productions, Workshop, Other Events & VBS pages show what kinds of events are available. Your information is strictly confidential and will not be shared for any reason. We look forward to hearing from and serving with you!
Church Event Costs:
Dramatic Christian Ministries is a full time ministry with administration, travel, production & development and salary expenses. We ask that a free will offering be taken at the end of the presentations if possible. An honorarium is also acceptable with the amount to be determined and agreed upon ahead of time. We only ask that you be as generous as possible and that once the means are determined there would be no changes.
Travel Expenses:
In addition to the offering, a travel stipend is also appreciated. This can includes gas, airfare, meals and lodging. Hotels aren't necessary, In-home hospitality is fine. Travel arrangements will be worked out in advance. DCM is committed to obtaining the lowest available fares so travel will be booked as early as possible.
Other Event Costs:
DCM receives donations and love offerings and we realize this isn't possible or preferable for some kinds of events. We will work out cost arrangements in advance for events such as the following:
* Acting Workshops
* Outreach Events
* Christian Organizations
* Conferences, Retreats, Seminars
* Vacation Bible School
* Schools & Colleges, Universities
* Missions and tours to other nations
Again, we do ask that once arrangements have been determined that no changes would be made without speaking to us about it first.
Cancellations:
At least one month's notice must be given because our schedule and travel is set up as soon as you book your event. Any non-refundable or non-reusable fare will be your responsibility should you cancel but we may able to redirect a flight if we get enough notice of cancellation. Please also be aware that airlines may apply penalties for flight changes or cancellations. Also, if you cancel on short notice, less then a month, we ask, but don't require, that you would give us an offering as we will most likely not be able to replace your service.
